Hassanal Bolkiah, the sultan of Brunei, has an estimated $20 billion, so it probably means little to him to own a staggering 7,000 cars, including Bugattis, Ferraris (he reportedly gave a $1 billion gift to a nephew turning 18 that included a custom, semi-automatic Ferrari, and bought all six Ferrari Testarossa F90 Speciales ever made), Koenigseggs, Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces.
