What’s a year in review without a look back at celebrities, television and film?

In 2023, we’ve published an array of topics on Carpool, from road trips and adventures, tips and advice, pets and the just plain quirky, to television, film and celebrity.

TV and film star Frankie Muniz has announced that he will race a Ford Mustang and compete for the ARCA Menards Series championship beginning at Daytona International Speedway this February.

The much-loved actor who starred in the 2000s sitcom Malcolm in the Middle and family film favourites Agent Cody Banks and Racing Stripes, has finally got himself a full-time seat in the ARCA Menards Series, a NASCAR grassroots series.

Star power usually translates into horsepower and these five celebs have a lot of both.

There’s no denying celebs have the cash to splash in basically every aspect of their lives, but there are few who choose to spend their hard-earned cash on some very luxurious cars. Here are five of the most expensive celebrity cars.

3. The cars of Graceland: A look at Elvis’ king size car collection

He was the king of Rock ‘n’ Roll so it’s no surprise Elvis Presley had a collection of impressive cars over his lifetime.

Fans of both the King’s music and cars flock to see the impressive collection for themselves at Graceland with the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum first opening on June 12, 1989. Now in its 34th year, this collection features over 20 cars owned by the King.

2. Four unique cars of King Charles III from over the years

The longest-serving heir to the throne has had his fair share of luxury cars over the years and with his coronation upon us, we thought we’d take a closer look at the former Prince of Wales’ luxurious and eco-friendly fleet.

The British Royal Family has had quite the impressive collection of cars over the years which is currently believed to be worth an estimated £6.3m (AUD $11.8m). Reports from The Guardian suggest that the exact ownership of these cars is challenging to nail down as many of them are classified as state cars but are actually used for private use by the royals.
