Fear not in seeing the least expensive Mustang is powered by a four-cylinder engine. The turbocharged four-cylinder engine makes a potent 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. While not as quick as the much more expensive Mustang GT, it’s still enough power to put a smile on your face.

In our sports cars ranking, the 2023 Mustang claims the top spot. Like most four-seat models in the segment, the coupe’s front seats are supportive and comfortable, but its back seat is barely big enough for kids. Unfortunately, a $30,000 budget doesn’t allow you to upgrade the base model’s infotainment system, which has just a 4.2-inch screen.
