This week we announced our Best Car To Buy 2023 awards, with the Ford F-150 Lightning electric pickup truck winning our overall award, and other electric vehicles such as the Rivian R1T winning Best Luxury Car To Buy and the Hyundai Ioniq 5 winning Best Electric Car To Buy for its overall value, style, and charging capacity. Vehicles with more traditional powertrains also claimed top spots, such as the Kia Telluride as the Best Family Car To Buy, and the Kia Sportage Hybrid as the Best Economy Car To Buy. They’re all great vehicles.

2023 Honda Accord preview

Redesigned this year to mark the 11th generation, the 2023 Honda Accord mid-size sedan sports a new look, updated cabin, and modern take, as well as an excellent hybrid model. 

2023 Porsche Taycan review

Blisteringly quick and with handling to match, Porsche’s electric cars present a serious establishment challenge to Tesla. It won The Car Connection Best Performance Car 2023 award. 

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review

These are phenomenal cars with terrific engines, balanced handling, sublime ride quality, and largely approachable tech. We rate the range at 7.5 out of 10. 

2023 BMW X7 review

BMW’s largest vehicle, a three-row SUV luxury flagship, comes with more creature comforts and a pared down lineup for 2023. It earns a TCC Rating of 7.4 out of 10. 

2023 Nissan Leaf review

Good standard features and a perfect green score add up to a TCC Rating of 7.3 out of 10, which is average for an electric car. 

2023 BMW 3-Series review

The benchmark sport sedan, BMW’s 3er lives up to its billing with agile moves complemented by a luxurious cabin and a TCC Rating of 7.2 out of 10. 

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class review

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class SUV pampers, thrills, and delights—for a price, that is. It earns a TCC Rating of 7.2 out of 10. 

2023 BMW 4-Series review

The BMW 4-Series pairs arresting styling with thrilling performance and a luxurious interior. It’s a 6.6.
