Pankaj Tripathi, who has done a long list of films and television shows, made his acting debut in 2004 with the film Run, soon after which he was seen in Omkara. But his moment of fame arrived in 2012 for his role in the commercially successful Gangs of Wasseypur. From there on, the Bihar-born artist went on to deliver one after the other widely acclaimed performances in films like Fukrey (2013), Masaan (2015), Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017), Newton (2017), Fukrey Returns (2017), Stree (2018), Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020) and Mimi (2021).

As per India Times, Tripathi’s next movie is former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s biopic titled Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye – Atal.  

In the OTT space, Tripathi has done series like Mirzapur, Sacred Games, Criminal Justice and Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors. The third season of Criminal Justice premiered on Disney+ Hotstar recently, while the third season of Mirzapur will be out next year.

As per a report by India.com and caknowledge.com, Pankaj Tripathi’s estimated net worth is close to Rs 40 crore. The report also states Tripathi’s fee per film to be between Rs 3 crore to Rs 4 crore, and his fee per endorsement to be between Rs 1 crore to Rs 2 crore.

With an income as high as that, it goes without saying that Tripathi lives a luxurious life and drives some of the most expensive cars.

As per Autobizz, Tripathi is a proud owner of a Mercedes Benz E200, which is also the costliest car he drives. The E200, as per Carwale, costs Rs 79.19 lakh and comes with an engine putting out 194 bhp @ 5500 rpm and 320 Nm @ 1650 rpm of max power and max torque respectively. The sedan is available in six colours – polar white, high tech silver, obsidian black, mojave silver, design hyacinth red and selenite grey. Anti-lock braking system, heater, cabin boot access, cruise control, leather upholstery, adjustable sunroof, ambient interior lighting, a 12.3 inch touchscreen and 6+ speakers are a few of the many features offered by the luxury car.
