Golfer gets 63 challans for Mercedes Benz car…

Golfer Jeev Milkha Singh, son of India’s great sprinter Late Milkha Singh, has to make rounds of the court. The matter is related to his expensive car which he bought in 2014 through delhi Nitin Jain. On which the hearing is going on by the chandigarh District Court. In this case, Milkha Singh has demanded to register a criminal case against Nitin Jain of delhi and a Delhi-based car dealer. 

Jeev Milkha Singh has moved the court seeking registration of FIR against a car dealer and buyer. The car was sold to him in 2014, on which 63 challans are outstanding. Milkha Singh received a notice from Delhi’s court regarding challan violation of Rs 83,000, after which he moved the court. The indian golfer is a registered owner of a Mercedes Benz car. This car was sold to him in june 2014 through car dealer Tejinder Singh for Rs 35 lakh.

Jeev Milkha’s counsel Terminder Singh submitted that all the documents relating to the sale and purchase of the vehicle were completed and handed over to the applicant on june 10, 2014 under Nitin Jain Cell, but even after purchasing the vehicle and handing over its possession, the accused did not get the registration of the vehicle changed. The vehicle a diesel variant is more than 10 years old and hence cannot be registered in New Delhi.

Jeev Milkha Singh told that a total of 63 challans of Nitin Jain were cut. Of these, 43 were for overspeeding while 12 were for jumping red light. 8 challans were for stop line violation and wrong parking. Although the car was in the name of Jeev Milkha Singh, so the challans came to him. Even the court sent a notice to the indian golfer for not filling the challan.
