Mercedes-Benz persuaded a federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action against the car company over allegedly defective engines in electric vehicles.

The US District Court for the District of New Jersey on Monday tossed the complaint against the company, concluding the plaintiffs hadn’t plausibly alleged any of their claims.
