Injuries in multi-car crash, medical helicopter called

State police say a woman died in a two-vehicle crash Friday night.They say the crash occurred on Lincoln Way East near the intersection to the Interstate 81 southbound ramp.According to state police, a Toyota Camry was traveling west on Lincoln Way East, and tried to turn left onto the I-81 southbound ramp.Police say the Camry turned in front of a pickup truck traveling east, and the pickup truck crashed into the car.A woman in the back seat of the car was ejected from the car and died at the scene, police said.According to state police, seven people were taken to the hospital as a result of the crash.
